 El-Rufai’s Eye Condition Worsening In ICPC Custody, Aide Alleges The media aide to former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, Muyiwa Adekeye, has expressed concern over what he described as the worsening eye condition of his principal while in the custody of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC). Adekeye also accused the anti-corruption agency of failing to provide El-Rufai with adequate medical care despite repeated complaints about his health. In a statement issued on Friday, Adekeye said the former governor had reported symptoms including swollen, red, and itchy eyes while in detention and had requested medical attention. According to him, family members who visited El-Rufai noticed the condition and alerted ICPC officials, urging them to allow him access to medical treatment. RECOVERY OF A SNATCHED VEHICLE BY THE COMMAND RAPID RESPONSE SQUAD.{PHOTOS}.#PRESS RELEASE.

On 12/11/2020 at about 8:30pm, The Command Rapid Response Tean (RRS) while on routine patrol along Owerri road Onitsha received a distress call that three armed men on tricycle snatched at gunpoint a Toyota Corolla car with Reg ABC 690 AR, at about 8:pm same day. The team immediately swung into action, gave the suspects a hot chase, forcing them abandon the snatched vehicle in Oba and escaped.
The vehicle was recovered and effort is being intensified to apprehebd the fleeing suspects in order to bring them to justice.
It would be recalled that the Command Rapid Response Squad was unveiled yesterday 12/11/2020 by His Excelency Governor Willie Obiano at the State Police Command headquarters Awka with the aim of responding to distress calls on heinous crimes and patrolling flashpoints in Anambra State in order to ensure safety and security before, during and after the Christmas and New year Celebrations.
