 CP ORUTUGU EXPOSES DOMESTIC STAFF WHO ALLEGEDLY MURDERED HIS EMPLOYER, A PENTECOSTAL CHURCH BISHOP, TO SELL THE VICTIM’S PRADO JEEP The Commissioner of Police, Anambra State Command, CP Ikioye Orutugu, PhD, today 13th May 2026  exposed and arrested a domestic staff member allegedly involved in the gruesome murder of his employer, a Pentecostal Bishop of End-reconciliation Ministry Asaba, Delta State, and the subsequent attempt to dispose of the victim’s Toyota Prado Jeep in Nkpor, Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra State. The breakthrough followed a swift intelligence-led operation by Operatives attached to the Rapid Response Squad (RRS), Awkuzu, which led to the arrest of the suspect and another individual alleged to be the buyer of the stolen vehicle. DEPLOYMENT FOR JOINT CROSS OVER PATROL 2021 IN ANAMBRA STATE.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE.

In order to ensure peaceful and hitchfree Cross over to 2021 and new year celebration in the State, the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command *CP John B.Abang,fdc* has directed for deployment of joint Patrol teams comprising of PMF, RRS,Anti Cultism unit, divisional patrol teams and other tactical teams tonight.
2. Aim of the Operation is to ensure that Ndi Anambra cross over to 2021 and Celebrate the New year peacefully without any threat to their lives and properties.
3. The CP implores officers and Men participating in the operation to be professional and Civil to members of the Public when discharging their duties in accordance with internationally acceptable best practices.
