 Single Mother Arrested for Allegedly Killing Twin Sister and Daughter in Enugu A horrific incident has shaken the community of Umuidenyi, Aji, Enugu Ezike, Igbo Eze North Local Government Area, Enugu State, after a single mother, Oluchukwu Odo, was taken into custody for allegedly killing her twin sister and daughter. According to eyewitnesses, the tragic event occurred in the early hours of Wednesday at the family's home. Although details leading up to the incident are still unclear, family sources revealed that Oluchukwu's twin sister had visited their parents' home with her daughter when the incident occurred. A neighbor, who wished to remain anonymous, recounted the chilling events: "I heard the woman screaming and running towards my door. The National Working Committee (NWC) of our Great Party, the PDP, has Approved the nomination of the following party members to serve on the SCREENING COMMITTEE to screen all aspirants for the upcoming Anambra State Governorship Election.
COMPOSITION:

The Screening exercise is scheduled for Monday April 12 - Tuesday April 13, 2021 at the NWC Hall, Wadata Plaza, Abuja FCT.
Time is 9:00AM daily.
It is expected that the aspirants will exercise exemplary conduct and strict adherence to rules and regulations during the assessment that will justify the confidence reposed in them by the leadership of our Party.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
