 YOBE STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVES ENROLLMENT OF RETIREES INTO THE STATES HEALTHCARE MANAGEMENT  Yobe state government has approved the enrollment of the state and local government retirees into the state  contributory  Healthcare Management Agency (YSCHMA) social equity programme, marking a significant milestone in the state's effort to strengthen social protection and expand access to quality healthcare . The Lagos State Government has announced that all Public and Private Schools in the State should resume for the Third Term of the Y2020/2021 academic session on Tuesday, May 4, 2021.
A release issued by the Office of the Director-General, Office of Education Quality Assurance, Mrs. Abiola Seriki-Ayeni, enjoined all school managers to enforce strict compliance with all subsisting protocols to curb the spread of COVID-19, just as they ensure that all students and staff are protected in the State.
According to her, OEQA evaluators will be visiting schools across the five divisions to monitor resumption activities and to ensure compliance with the State unified academic calendar date.
While informing that Students in boarding schools are enjoined to resume on Monday, May 3, 2021, Seriki-Ayeni advised proprietors and administrators to ensure strict compliance with the Lagos State Government academic calendar/resumption dates.
