 Nigerian makes US Most Wanted List over $1m fraud A Nigerian, Onoriode Ezewu, has been named on the United States Department of Labour’s first-ever Most Wanted List over allegations of money laundering involving fraudulent unemployment benefit claims worth more than $1m. The department’s Office of Inspector General unveiled the list on its website on Wednesday, naming 16 fugitives wanted in cases involving alleged fraud, identity theft, money laundering, labour trafficking and other offences. According to the agency, the cases collectively involve more than $55m allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. ANAMBRA: UMUZOCHA VILLAGE ARRESTS THREE INDIGENS OF AWKA FOR ROBBERY, ILLEGAL POSSESSION OF STOKEN ITEMS.{PHOTO}.

Before the reporter could arrive Umuzocha Village Awka where the incident took place and the village hall where  the suspects were said to be  paraded before the public, the suspects have been taken to an unknown destination.


Meanwhile, eyewitnesses have confirmed to the reporter that three people who are of Awka origin were arrested  by the youths of Umuzocha Village over  alleged robbery and criminal possession of item( Keke Na Pepe)


Eyewitnesses could not reveal the names of the suspects but said that upon interrogation, the suspects confessed  respectively that ,they are from Umuayom,Amudo and Amachalla Village Awka


While  source outside Umuzocha Village Awka gave a different account of the story . The source  asserted that among the suspects that invaded the village, only one of  the suspects was arrested , and that the arrested suspect is from Amudo Village and by name,  Onyebuchi.
