A delegation from Adamawa Emirate Council has paid a thank you visit on Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri for naming the flyover bridge after the late Lamido Aliyu Mustafa.
The delegation which comprise of Galadima Adamawa, Alhaji Mustafa Aminu, Kaura Adamawa, Alhaji Mustafa Barkindo and Chief Imam of Modibbo Adama Central Mosque, Yola Khadi Ahmadu Bobboi.
The Emirate Council under leadership of Lamido Adamawa Doctor Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustafa thanked Governor Umaru Fintiri for immortalizing the late Lamido Aliyu Mustafa.
Governor Umaru Fintiri while responding says his administration will continue to identify with good leaders that serve the state and humanity diligently.
He called on the people to emulate the virtues of the late royal father whom he described as an epitome of peace in Adamawa and Nigeria as a whole.
