 PRESS RELEASE OPERATION HADIN KAI FOILS MASS ABDUCTION ATTEMPT AT FGGC MONGUNO Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK), in collaboration with personnel of the Nigeria Police Mobile Force (MOPOL), successfully foiled an attempted mass abduction by ISWAP terrorists at the Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Monguno, at about 0130 hours (1:30 a.m.) on 19 July 2026. The FGGC facility is currently being utilized by the Borno State Government as temporary hostel accommodation for students of the Federal Polytechnic, Monguno. The terrorists reportedly gained access to the facility with the assistance of suspected collaborators in an attempt to abduct students. Alert security personnel immediately engaged the terrorists with coordinated and overwhelming firepower, effectively stalling their advance with Sector 3 Quick Reaction Force (QRF) immediately reinforcing the school. LBSL DISCLAIMS ONLINE, FRAUDULENT VACANCY ADVERTS.{PHOTO}.#PRESS RELEASE

The Lagos Bus Services Limited (LBSL) has called on members of the public not to fall victim to a false online recruitment advertisement purportedly being circulated on behalf of the Agency.
According to a statement signed by the Managing Director/CEO of LBSL, Mr. Idowu Oguntona, the online advertisement did not emanate from LBSL, neither was it sponsored on behalf of the company by any Agency.
While urging members of the public to disregard such advertorial, he advised the citizenry to always verify the source or sources of employment vacancies before taking any action on them.
Oguntona emphasised that when LBSL decides to recruit staff, it will be duly publicised through all the State government channels and social media platforms, adding that the general public should be wary about online recruitments by faceless and dubious minded individuals, who are out to scam innocent individuals.
