"Carry out staff verification (onspot and physical data capture) you will be amazed how many Ghost workers we have in Nasarawa State. The verification will give you an idea on who are supposed to retire and who are on payroll that are supposed not to be.

"You must learn from our former Governor. Late Alhaji Aliyu Akwe Doma, it all started like this in his first tenure and cost him his second tenure bid. Becarefull with people around you that will say forget about civil Servants they don't matter. Remember Nasarawa State is a Civil Servants state."

He however commended the governor on the giant strides recorded by his administration in 2-years.
