  Akpabio Told Yahaya Bello to Kill Me in Kogi - Natasha Makes Fresh Revelation Nigerians should hold Governor ƒdodo, Yahaya Bello, and Senate President Godswill Akpabio fully accountable. This warning follows her earlier statement in which she affirmed her intention to proceed with her planned visit to her constituency for the Eid-el-Fitr celebration and the rally for her homecoming. She also encouraged her supporters to ignore rumors suggesting that she has canceled her visit. Watch video below.  The beleaguered lawmaker emphasized her official duty as the representative of her constituents. She called on her supporters to come out in large numbers to celebrate Eid-el-Fitr with her. Yesterday,With a little help from Griffin Primary pupils and Waterstones Children's Laureate Cressida Cowell, Her Royal Highness opened the schoolā€™s brand new ā€˜Life-changing Libraryā€™! 


šŸ“– The new library is one of six that have been created in primary schools across the UK as part of the Childrenā€™s Laureateā€™s flagship campaign to showcase the transformative impact of a well-resourced reading space on a childā€™s opportunities in life. Each of the libraries will be well-stocked with 1000 inspiring and engaging books, curated by charity BookTrust, of which The Duchess is Patron. 


Later, The Duchess met Elmer the Elephant and her friends from Elephant Family in St Jamesā€™s Park to host a special storytime for local school children, as the National Literacy Trust's Elephant Story Trail was launched.More photos below.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. ā€œThe Appellant was set up.
