  Akpabio Told Yahaya Bello to Kill Me in Kogi - Natasha Makes Fresh Revelation Nigerians should hold Governor Òdodo, Yahaya Bello, and Senate President Godswill Akpabio fully accountable. This warning follows her earlier statement in which she affirmed her intention to proceed with her planned visit to her constituency for the Eid-el-Fitr celebration and the rally for her homecoming. She also encouraged her supporters to ignore rumors suggesting that she has canceled her visit. Watch video below.  The beleaguered lawmaker emphasized her official duty as the representative of her constituents. She called on her supporters to come out in large numbers to celebrate Eid-el-Fitr with her. Two Suspected Thieves Burnt Beyond Recognition In Awka 


Two suspected thieves were set ablaze yesterday, Tuesday, 20th July, 2021, opposite Queen suite, Abakaliki street, Awka, Anambra State, at 11 pm,  after a hot chase by a vigilante group an eyewitness disclosed. 


It was alleged that before the apprehension of the suspected thieves, they had engaged in theft, and made away with the phone of a passer-by. This act was said to have propelled the vigilante group to hunt them. 


The group which opened fire created panic in the temporary site (temp site) area sending people to their heels. However, after a clear chase of the suspected thieves, serenity was maintained in the area. 


It was gathered that the thieves were immediately set ablaze upon interception and their bodies burnt beyond recognition. 


Some passersby think that the act would serve as a deterrent to others who are or play to engage in robbery. 


No security agent was at the location as of the time of filing this report.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
