 TEAM LAGOS EMERGES TOP AT 23RD NATIONAL SPORTS FESTIVAL SOUTH WEST ELIMINATION Lagos State athletes proved their dominance in the South West by edging out regional competitors and emerging top in the five team events contested at the elimination series qualifier for the 23rd National Sports Festival later this year in Enugu. The elimination series featured team events in volleyball, basketball, football, beach volleyball, and cricket in male and female categories. While the team clinched only the female football ticket by topping their group, they showed dominance in three other sports by winning both the male and female tickets. Team Lagos took first position in the volleyball male and female categories. The male team defeated their counterparts from Ondo in the finals by 25-18, 24-26, 25-20, and 25-20, while the female team defeated Team Oyo by 25-18, 22-25, 28-26, 16-25, and 15-8. Big Brother Naija season 6 current Head of House, Maria have expressed surprise over the drastic reduction of condoms in the house.


Maria in a conversation with Nini, Emmanuel, Liquorose and some other housemates disclosed that about 16 condoms are missing from the 34 that was provided for the house.


Meanwhile, Peace who revealed that she doesn’t sleep without wearing her nightwear concluded that ladies who have guys sleep on their beds are responsible for the missing condoms.


“If the Condoms are missing then it has to be the girls that have the boys on their bed”, she said.


While trying to figure out the housemates who could have used the condoms, Emmanuel asked Jaypaul and Saskay if they have been intimate but they both denied.


Saskay in response noted that she’s celibate and warned the housemates to stop asking her about sex.


Maria however joked that her prime suspect as regards the missing condoms is her best friend, Liquorose and her lover, Emmanuel.
