 NEMA COORDINATES SAR OPS AT THE SCENE OF BUILDING COLLAPSE INVOLVING A THREE STOREY BUILDING UNDER CONSTRUCTION AT GUDU AREA OF FCT At about 0945hrs on Saturday 16th May, 2026, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was alerted of a building collapse at Gudu District of FCT.  Critical stakeholders including Federal Fire, FCT Fire, NSCDC, NPF, FRSC and Federal Capital Territory Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were activated while a response team of NEMA from the Abuja Operations Office led by the Head of Operations Mr Zakari Abubakar  and operatives from AYA Emergency Response Bay (ERAB) were deployed to the scene for quick response and coordination.  A reinforcement team  from NEMA Headquarters led by the Director Search and Response (DSAR) Air Cdre Bature Usman was also on ground to provide necessary backup and supervision. Governor Fintiri Flags Off Upgrade And Completion Of Dumne Cottage Hospital


Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri has flagged off upgrade and completion of Dumne  Cottage Hospital which was abandoned forty years.


Governor Umaru Fintiri at the ceremony at Demne on Tuesday said the project that has lingered on groundbreaking breaking in 1981. 


He added that leaving a project of this nature almost buried for 40 years is nothing short of a collective embarrassment however charitable "we want to qualify it." 


The Governor further said it becomes more embarrassing when one considers the central role the project is expected to play in the lives and livelihood of our people.


The Commissioner of Health and Human Services, Professor Abdullahi Isa said the project when completed will help Dumne Community.


There were goodwill messages from Doctor Mustafa Saidu Member representing Fufore, Song Federal Constituency, Mr Simon Isa Member House of assembly, Doctor Edgar Amos Sunday Head of service Adamawa state, Gidado Abdussalam Chairman song local government and commissioner for Rural infrastructure and community development Hon. Abdullahi Prambe among others.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
