The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. The glamorous events of the Miss Security Nigeria has officially opened with a remarkable audition ceremony which held in the Opebi area of Lagos yesterday. Coordinated by reputable judges in fashion, media, entertainment, beauty, pageantry and other industries, the audition attracted a number of interests from young ladies including twin girls and siblings.


Following the coverage of MSN Audition session on a live TV platform, some contestants who could not attend the physical screening session have pleaded for a rare window of opportunity to be opened for them to be a part of the security cum beauty pageant.


Speaking at the audition, artiste manager and Chairman of the MSN Planning Committee, Dupe Noma praised the young ladies for taking up the challenge to be a change agent in the society in the security sector which is bedeviled with current issues. On her part, popular celebrity blogger and CEO of Pink Republic charged the ladies to take up research and reading as a critical factor to their success in the competition. Award winning On Air Media personality, Tushbee expressed the importance of the display of poise, composure, and confidence to achieving success in a pageant and all aspects of life as she spoke with the ladies. Another judge, fashion designer, and singer, Blossom Daniel motivated the ladies to not look down on themselves despite the challenges that they may be going through.
