 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. ALAAFIN OF OYO TELLS NIGERIANS TO SHUN CALLS FOR DISINTEGRATION BUT EMBRACES UNITY.[PHOTO]

The Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi III, has called on Nigerians to shun those calling for the nation’s disintegration and work toward the promotion of its unity.


Adeyemi III gave the advice on Sunday at the inauguration of 35 classrooms at the Royal Gold Model Group of Schools and foundation laying of a Mosque in Ibadan.


The traditional ruler said a lot of things had happened in the past that resulted in ethnicity and tribalism among Nigerians.


He then, urged Nigerians to find a way of reconciling one another and forget about the past in order to move the country forward.


“I don’t think that separating the state is the way out, but we can restructure the country in such a way that we will have peace and tranquillity and live in harmony.


“There is need to unite in order to save Nigeria from disintegration,” the Alaafin said.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
