 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. EXERCISE STILL WATER FLAG OFF IN RIVERS STATE.[PHOTOS].#PRESS RELEASE.

The flagging off ceremony of Exercise Still water Rivers State was conducted at Ahoada East State on Monday 4 October 2021 by the Executive Governor of River State who was represented by the Secretary to Rivers State Government Dr Tammy Danagogo.


In attendance were, the GOC 6 Division NA, Heads of Sister Security agencies in Rivers State, the Chairman Ahoada East LGA Barr Benjamin Ekeh, HRH EZE Felix Otuwarikpo JP EZE IGBU UPATA III, HRM EZE Cassidy Ikegbidi EZE IGBU AKOH II, and other Commanders of 6 Division affiliated formations and units.

Highlights of the activities were, tour of the Information Center, 6 Division Operations Room and other step up units, free medical outreach for host communities in Ahoada East LGA of Rivers State and group photograph.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
