 Nigerian makes US Most Wanted List over $1m fraud A Nigerian, Onoriode Ezewu, has been named on the United States Department of Labour’s first-ever Most Wanted List over allegations of money laundering involving fraudulent unemployment benefit claims worth more than $1m. The department’s Office of Inspector General unveiled the list on its website on Wednesday, naming 16 fugitives wanted in cases involving alleged fraud, identity theft, money laundering, labour trafficking and other offences. According to the agency, the cases collectively involve more than $55m allegedly stolen from American taxpayers. Stanley Eteka, quite in sharp contrast from what he read in school, makes ends meet fixing ladies' nails in the city of Abuja.


The Nigerian man who read computer science at the university told Daily Trust that he has no regrets being a beauty specialist.


Why he works as a beauty specialist


Stanley said he ventured into fixing nails thanks to hunger. He had frantically searched for jobs to no avail.


According to him, he first apprenticed under a woman after which he bought a shop upon gaining mastery.


The hardworking man said he has been doing the business for the past 16 years and has been able to provide for his family with proceeds from it.
