 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable.             *PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT*

*RESCHEDULED: VENUE OF WAEC COMPUTER BASE TEST IN ANAMBRA STATE FOR 2020 RECRUITMENT EXERCISE OF TEN THOUSAND (10,000) POLICE CONSTABLES INTO THE NIGERIA POLICE FORCE*


The Anambra State Police Command wishes to inform the general public especially *Ndi Anambra* and the already shortlisted candidates for the *West African Examination Council WAEC Computer Base Test (CBT) Examination of 2020 Police recruitment* that the venue which was earlier slated at St Anthony Padua, ICT Hall, Nnaka have been rescheduled as follow: 


*Venue: Grafil House Computers Ltd. Nos. 15 high tension road, by aroma Junction, off Enugu Onitsha Expressway Awka, Anambra State.*


*Date: Friday  29th – Saturday 30th October, 2021.*


*Time: 8:00am daily* 


In view of the above, candidates are advice to mandatory come along with printout of their CBT examination slips and appear in white shirts, shorts and white canvas and with a pair of socks. Also, those who had earlier printed the examination slip, are further advised to revisit the website http://www.policerecruitment.gov.ng on or before 28th of October 2021, and reprint the examination slip. 


Meanwhile, the Commissioner of Police Anambra State Command, *CP Echeng Echeng* assures  candidates, WAEC officials and members of the public of adequate security during the period. He wishes the candidates success in their exams and urges them to adhere strictly to all covid-19 protocols.
