 South Africa accuses Israel of defying UN court’s orders on Gaza South Africa formally accused Israel of failing to adhere to three legally binding orders from the International Court of Justice (ICJ), submitting an evidence dossier to the world body, the Department of International Relations and Cooperation announced, Anadolu Agency reported. “Regrettably, Israel has not complied with the Orders,” Pretoria stated in a filing Tuesday, asserting that it will continue to pursue “all avenues available” to ensure Tel Aviv’s full and immediate adherence to the Genocide Convention. NORTH KOREA BANS LAUGHING FOR 11 DAYS TO MARK THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY OF THEIR EX-LEADER.[PHOTOS].

The current regime of Kim Jong Un has ordered an 11-day mourning to honor former North Korean leader Kim Jong Il. Kim Jong Il ruled from 1994 to December 17, 2011. His son Kim Jong Un then continued to rule, ordering the public not to show any signs of happiness for 11 days in memory of their father, the Daily Mile reported. During this national mourning, North Korean citizens are not allowed to drink alcohol. Not even allowed to laugh. Also, Khadak has been ordered that citizens should not engage in recreational activities.

A citizen of the northeastern border city of Sinuizu responded by saying, “During mourning, we should not drink alcohol, laugh or engage in leisure activities.” December 17 means North Koreans are not even allowed to shop for groceries today. Speaking to Radio Free Asia, he said: “During the mourning, many people were arrested for alcohol or alcohol. They were taken as ideological criminals. He has never been seen again. ”
