Blaming opposition for hunger is ‘delusion’, Atiku tells Tinubu Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has accused President Bola Tinubu of blaming the opposition for the country’s economic hardship. He said the President was trying to evade responsibility for his administration’s policies. Tinubu had earlier on Saturday blamed his political opponents for hunger and poverty in the country while speaking at the All Progressives Congress presidential campaign flag-off in Kaduna. “I hear my opponent talking about hunger, poverty. Who created it? They did! They created the hunger, they created the poverty. We are trying to eradicate it,” the President said. Atiku, the presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress, said Nigerians were entitled to demand answers from the APC-led government over rising living costs, poverty, insecurity and questions surrounding public expenditure. IMO RURAL ROADS: IMO STATE GOVT. EMBARKS ON CONSTRUCTION OF 2.4KM AMUZI-UMUOPARADIM ROAD

It's a promise made and kept as the Imo State Government under His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma has commenced work on the construction of 2.4km Amuzi-Umuoparadim road in Nwangele LGA, Imo State.

Recall that during the 5th Stakeholders Meeting Governor Uzodimma promised to increase infrastructural development across rural areas for proper distribution of the dividends of Democracy to the grassroot level.

With the Commencement of the Construction of the 2.4Km Amuzi Umuoparadim Road, economic activities are bound to Increase and bring about accelerated development. This would enable more economic players especially farmers to transport their produce to the urban areas for maximum benefits. In addition, the easy access Across Amuzi, Dim na Nume to Neighbouring Communities such As Umunaba-Isu, Abajah and Umuozu Communities would definitely bolster economic activities in the area.
