 71-year-old landlord arrested for impregnating tenant’s teenage daughter The Ogun State Police Command said it had arrested a septuagenarian landlord, identified simply as Adesina, for allegedly defiling and impregnating his tenant’s 14-year-old girl (name withheld) at Akegbeyale Street in Ifesowapo Akute, Ifo Local Government Area of the state. PUNCH Metro learnt that the residents and other tenants were thrown into a state of shock when the septuagenarian suspect was found on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, having sexual intercourse with the 14-year-old girl at about 10:15 pm in the house bathroom. The minor, according to a police source who was part of the team that arrested the 71-year-old suspect but was not permitted to speak for the command, was said to have made her way to the apartment’s bathroom to take a shower. Popular Nollywood actress turn evangelist Eucharia Anunobi comes for the rich and wealthy who don’t know what to do with their money and rather use it to build monumental mansions in their home towns.

Dr Eucharia in her video described it as waste full and frivolous questioning the sanity behind thinking of those who go sink billions of naira into building monumental monstrosities of a home in their hometowns but yet rarely ever stay in those homes visiting them once or twice in a year.

The actress challenged such persons to rather build estates and provide it at subsidies rate for the less privileged to buy rent to live in and use the wealth to help humanity.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
