 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. Popular Nollywood actress turn evangelist Eucharia Anunobi comes for the rich and wealthy who don’t know what to do with their money and rather use it to build monumental mansions in their home towns.

Dr Eucharia in her video described it as waste full and frivolous questioning the sanity behind thinking of those who go sink billions of naira into building monumental monstrosities of a home in their hometowns but yet rarely ever stay in those homes visiting them once or twice in a year.

The actress challenged such persons to rather build estates and provide it at subsidies rate for the less privileged to buy rent to live in and use the wealth to help humanity.

Why build monumental monuments as village homes that you don’t live in regularly but visit once or twice a year, and where you may not even retire to , or even if you eventually retire to it , it’s manageability becomes a big problem.
