Chukwuma Okpalauzuegbu Is Laid To Rest On Intended wedding Day  By Charity Ejiofor  A day that was meant to mark a joyful union has instead become one of deep sorrow for family, friends, and the Aguata community, following the sudden passing of Hon. Chukwuma Christopher Okpalauzuegbu, the councillor representating Amesi Ward. Hon. Okpalauzuegbu fondly known as Chuma, had been preparing to celebrate his wedding ceremony, an event filled with hope, promise and carefully laid plans. Loved ones, and sponsors, ready to stand beside him as he embark on a new chapter of life. In an unexpected and heart breaking turn of events, those dreams were cut short. 2023: My wife will contest Senate seat, says Obiano

Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, has said that his wife, Ebelechukwu, would contest for Anambra North Senatorial District in the 2023 general election.

Obiano disclosed this while addressing members of Nigeria Union Journalists, Anambra State Chapter, at his country home, Aguleri, in the Anambra East Local Government Area of the state, on Saturday.

Mrs Obiano will be contesting against the incumbent Senator in the zone, Stella Oduah, of the All Progressives Congress.
