 Family and neighbors mourn woman shot by ICE agent after making Minneapolis her home  Before she was fatally shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer, 37-year-old Renee Good had just dropped her youngest child off at an elementary school in Minneapolis, the city she and her family had recently begun to call home. As Trump administration officials continued Thursday to describe Good as a domestic terrorist who tried to ram federal agents with her Honda Pilot, those who knew her remembered someone very different: a gentle, kind, and openhearted mother, wife, and neighbor. Good, her wife and her 6-year-old son had recently moved from Kansas City, Missouri, to a quiet Minneapolis neighborhood lined with older homes and small apartment buildings. Anambra Police Nab Man Who Allegedly Murdered His Girlfriend



Police in Anambra have arrested Ikenna Asiegbu, who allegedly killed his 22 year-old girlfriend in Mgbakwu, Awka North Local government area of Anambra State.

Mrs Ngozi Nwude, who witnessed the crime told neighbours that the man had a violent relationship with the girl. 

According to her, the victim “has been living with the suspect. She is a native of Enugwu - Agidi in Njikoka LGA of the state, but her mother is from Mgbakwu. The boy has the habit of beating her in the past”. 

Other witnesses said that the suspect, Ikenna Asiegbu was allegedly beating the girl when she collapsed and was taken to the hospital where doctors confirmed her dead.

Angry youths in Mgbakwu upon seeing the corpse, descended on the suspect, and beat him to stupor. They tried to set him ablaze before Vigilante operatives arrived and took to their office and contacted the police. 

Anambra police command PRO, DSP Toochukwu Ikenga said:
“The suspect Mr Ikenna Asiegbu, who allegedly murdered 22 year- old Miss Chidimma Christopher at Urutolu village, Mgbakwu has been apprehended and is now in Police Custody.

“We received information that the suspect beat up and murdered the victim in his house at Mgbakwu. The victim was rescued and rushed to the hospital where she was confirmed dead by a medical doctor on duty.
“Meanwhile, the case has been transferred to State Criminal Investigation Department for discreet investigation. Further development shall be communicated please”.

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”.
