 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. GOV. ZULUM REOPENS DIKWA,NGAMBORU NGALA ROAD FOR COMMUTER.(PHOTOS).#PRESS RELEASE.

Governor Zulum reopens Dikwa, Ngamboru Ngala Road for Commuter.

...Donated Eighteen Patrol vehicles.

Borno Governor Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, mni, has officially flagged up the reopening of maiduguri, Dikwa Ngala highway for commuters to fly the road without escort with a view to boost economic activities to sustain resettlement in the area. 

The symbolic reopening of the road was done at Muna before the governor proceeded to Dikwa town ensure that the road has formally reopened. 

While addressing commuters road transport union members and security operatives that man the road Governor Babagana Umara Zulum said government has put in place adequate arraignment to ensure sustainability of the road to remain opened and charged drivers and passengers to co-operate with the military and other security outfits, 

The Governor also presented Ten patrol vehicles to the military four to each the civilian JTF and hunters in addition with cash support to boost their mmorals.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
