 World’s Youngest Reigning Monarch , King Oyo, Dies at 34 King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, the traditional ruler of Uganda’s Tooro Kingdom who became the world’s youngest reigning monarch after ascending the throne at three, has died at the age of 34. The monarch reportedly died on Thursday, with the Prime Minister of the Tooro Kingdom, Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki, announcing his death on Friday. The cause of death was not immediately disclosed. However, Ugandan media reports quoted a government minister as saying that King Oyo had been critically ill and was receiving medical treatment in the United States. Reacting to the development, Akiiki described the monarch’s death as a major loss to the royal family and the people of Tooro. He urged members of the kingdom to remain united and calm while mourning the traditional ruler. Pharmacist, Solomon Akuma Detained Over Twitter Comment Against Buhari Spends Second Birthday In Detention 

Solomon Akuma, a pharmacist detained by the Muhammadu Buhari regime, will be spending his second birthday in detention over a Twitter comment.

Akuma turned 30 today (Tuesday, February 1, 2022) but he will not be having fun on his birthday as he is being detained by the Buhari regime.

This would be the second birthday the pharmacist would be celebrating in detention following his arrest in 2020 over the Twitter comment.

Akuma is being prosecuted after his arrest on April 2, 2020, in Abia, Abia State for tweeting that he will "pay a Russian sniper to eliminate (President Muhammadu) Buhari and (Abba) Kyari (Buhari’s former Chief of Staff)" in response to a Twitter post asking "if $1m hits your account, your next move?"
