 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Governor Wike In Rivers State Made Thousands Of Northerners Jobless – Arewa Forum

The Arewa Consultative Forum has accused Governor Nyesom Wike of being responsible for the thousands of Northerners who are jobless in the state.

The state chairman of the group, Usman Wada told our correspondent that the slaughter market that the governor demolished had sent thousands of Northerners into joblessness.

He said, “over 90 percent of Northern traders were doing business in the slaughter market before Wike came and demolished it.

“Up till now, our brothers have not been able to find other trade or job.

“Majority of the Northern population in the state came because of cattle and goat slaughtering business and that market that Wike demolished was our place of survival.

“As I speak to you. life has not been easy with our people in the state especially those who were trading in that market.”
