 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. Anambra House Of Assembly Confirms Ezeokenwa As Commissioner Designate 



Anambra State House of Assembly has confirmed the appointment of Barrister Sylvester Ezeokenwa as commissioner designate for special duties. 

The House confirmed his appointment during plenary following the report of the House committee on Screening and Election matters, presented by the chairman of the committee, Dr. Paschal Agbodike which found him suitably qualified to serve as a Commissioner in the government of Anambra State. 

Speaker of the House, Right Honourable Uche Okafor read out his confirmation, while the House supported it through voice vote.

Also at plenary, the member representing Onitsha North One Constituency, Honourable Douglass Egbuna returned to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from the APC.

Honourable Egbuna who defected to the APC from the PDP before the November six 2021 Anambra state governorship election, said he returned to the PDP for reasons best known to him. 

Similarly, the member representing Awka North Constituency, Honourable John Nwokoye defected to the PDP from the APC

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
