 KADIRS Warns Residents Against Fake Revenue Collectors, Introduces E-Demand Notice As Sole Payment Authorization The Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS) has cautioned taxpayers and residents of Kaduna State against making revenue payments without first obtaining an official E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice), warning that fraudsters may exploit outdated payment processes to defraud the public. In a public announcement issued on Thursday, KADIRS said the move forms part of its ongoing efforts to automate revenue collection and enhance transparency across the state.  The agency disclosed that manual demand notices previously used for Local Government revenue collection have been phased out and are no longer recognized. According to KADIRS, the E-Demand Notice (Pay Advice) has officially replaced the former Local Government Harmonized Demand Notice and is now the only valid document for on-the-spot taxpayer assessment through the state's Central Billing System. Man Docks for Land Scam in Kaduna

The Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC today April 27, 2022 arraigned one Ishaku Gajere before Justice MTM Aliyu of State High Court Kaduna on one count charge bordering on criminal misappropriation.  

 Ishaku, sometime in October, 2019, fraudulently sold two plots of land at Dan Honu Ii, Kaduna belonging to the Baptist Church to one Ahmed Yusuf Taheer for N830, 000.00, with the false claim that the properties belonged to him.
