 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. JONATHAN IN COMO,ITALY AS APC SCREENING STARTS.(PHOTOS).

Former president, Goodluck Jonathan, has revealed that he’s in Como, Italy for a meeting of the European Corporate Council on Africa and the Middle East International Advisory Board.

Jonathan was appointed into the Council earlier this month.
Sharing photos from the meeting, Jonathan said, “Great time today in Como, Italy, at the meeting of Ecam Council International Advisory Board where members held a preparatory session ahead of this year's Council Summit. -GEJ”

As the ruling All Progressives Congress screens its presidential aspirants on Monday, it had been speculated that Jonathan will be among those who would be screened.

European Corporate Council on Africa and the Middle East, also known as the ECAM Council is a non-profit organisation established with the purpose of promoting and developing relations between the countries of Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the North Africa region.
