OSBC’s Public Relations Officer, Gbenga Faminu, said the misleading five-minute content was broadcast without editorial approval and was the independent action of the presenter involved. It also warned the public to remain vigilant against fraudulent investment schemes. The EFCC has launched a probe into CBEX, which defrauded investors despite prior warnings.
