 A popular content creator has died from surgery complication     Esther Thomas, popularly known as Sunshine, was a Nigerian content creator, skit maker, and brand influencer. She died on Friday, 9 January 2026, after complications from fibroid surgery. She had been complaining of serious stomach pain from late December 2025.     Sunshine was first admitted at Orchid General Hospital in Lagos, where her friends said she was only given pain relief drugs because doctors were on strike. Her condition did not improve, so she was moved to another hospital on 2 January 2026, where tests showed she had a large fibroid and surgery was carried out. She later developed complications and died. After her death, friends blamed Orchid General Hospital online, saying she was neglected and did not receive proper treatment early enough. Unbeaten Sodiq "Golden Boy" Oyakojo upsets hometown favorite Nigerian ranked number nine lightweight contender Azeez "Latest" Ayobami Saturday June 4, 2022 on GOTv night at Liberty Stadium by majority decession.  Oyakojo who was a last minute replacement displayed that he was a better boxer and improved his pro boxing record to (2-0) 1 KO.  Alaba "Elibow" Omotola also unbeaten with a pro boxing record of (3-0) 1KO  was the boxer scheduled to face Azeez "Latest" Ayomide but deal fail apart due to proper agreement.  Omotola is expected to return to the ring next month July 2, 2022 at Alake Sports Complex in Abeokuta Ogun State, Nigeria. This card is expected to bring many top boxers in the Country. Omotola was named one of the best boxers in the Country by GOTv in 2019. He has maintained his unbeaten record to date. As an ambassador of the Sports, Omotola is doing fund raising in Akure, Ondo State for the Motherless babies homes. This is a boxer we should all watch out for and he is very good for Nigeria boxing. International offers and interest are coming in for this young talented boxer.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.  Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive. We have approached Turkey for assistance.” The President, however, stated that the delays were affecting the public’s perception of the administration’s commitment to addressing the security challenges.
