TWO OF THE THREE FREE SENATOR STELLA ODUAH HOMES FOR WIDOWS IN ONITSHA ARE DONE & DUSTED!.(PHOTOS).#PRESS RELEASE.

TWO OF THE THREE FREE SENATOR STELLA ODUAH HOMES FOR WIDOWS IN ONITSHA ARE DONE & DUSTED!

A little over 5 or 6 months ago, we announced the Distinguished Senator Stella Adaeze Oduah's intention to build brand new homes for 3 indigent widows in each of the 7 LGA'S in Anambra North and asked for assistance in reaching a decision as to the lucky beneficiaries.

At the end of the day, three widows were selected ( Mrs. Obianamma Oniah of Umuase Village, Mrs. Maryanne Aduba of Iyiawu Village and Mrs. Oranye of Odoje Village).

The projects would eventually kick off in earnest IN STAGES with the first stage requiring that we build for two of the above with a caveat that we would complete the cycle after.

It has been a roller coaster ride but I'm pleased to announce today that as we speak, the Iyiawu & Umuase homes have been completed and the keys handed over to me.

In no distant time, we shall commence building on the third site to complete the cycle.

I want to thank everyone that contributed to ensure that this laudable initiative became a reality, from those who led me to take decisions that culminated in discovering these beneficiaries, Azubuike Ozobia and his team of workers who was the project manager and all well meaning Onitsha indigenes whose prayers and encouragement brought us this far.

I want to specially thank Senator Princess Stella Oduah OON for this beautiful and warm intervention in the lives of these women who never in their wildest imagination, believed they would today become home owners in their own rights.

At the end of the day, we must all strive to positively affect lives in our various spheres of influence and I thank God Almighty for giving the good Senator the enablement to see these projects to fruition.

To God alone, BE ALL THE GLORY!!

DO HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AND HAPPY SUNDAY!
