Site Engineer Killed in Delta by Employees After Discovering Large Sum of Money in His Account A gruesome murder has shaken the community in Delta State, Nigeria, where a site engineer, Chigozie Udalor, was killed by his employees after they discovered he had a substantial amount of money in his bank account.¹ According to the police spokesperson, SP Bright Edafe, the incident occurred on December 10, 2024, when Udalor's cousin, Hyacinth Nnalue, reported him missing. Nnalue stated that Udalor was the site manager at his fish pond in Bod camp Akwukwu Igbo community. The police launched an investigation, which led to the arrest of two suspects, David Tacho and Daniel Orshio, on March 31, 2025. Tacho was caught attempting to withdraw money from Udalor's account using his phone. Preliminary investigations revealed that all four suspects, including two still at large, Pius Daniel and Victor Tacho, were employed by Udalor.
