 LASG REAFFIRMS COMMITMENT TO END TUBERCULOSIS IN COMMUNITIES IN LAGOS STATE The Lagos State Government on Tuesday reaffirmed its commitment to completely eradicate Tuberculosis (TB) at the grassroots level across the metropolis.  The Permanent Secretary, Lagos State Health District III, Dr. Monsurat Adeleke made this known during a courtesy visit by the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria team to her Ikoyi office, emphasising the present administration's commitment to continually prioritise health security across the state. She said the Lagos State First Lady, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Sanwo-Olu, is a Tuberculosis (TB) champion with the mandate of ending TB now and the continuous expansion of TB scale-up diagnostic centres.  According to her, “The First Lady of Lagos State, Dr. (Mrs.) Claudiana Sanwo-Olu is a TB champion. GOV. UZODIMMA CHARGES SOUTHEAST APC PARTY STAKEHOLDERS ON FLAWLESS WIN TOWARDS 2023 GENERAL ELECTIONS


The Governor of Imo State, His Excellency, Senator Hope Uzodimma has charged members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on a flawless win in the upcoming 2023 General Elections.

His Excellency stated this during the APC South East Zonal Stakeholders' meeting held today, at Rockview Hotels Owerri with notable party stalwarts from the region in attendance.

Speaking one after the other, the leaders expressed conviction of victory at the poll and encouraged all party faithful to form a united front ahead of the 2023 General Elections.

Among other Party Chairmen and Leaders who spoke, the Imo State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), McDonald Ebere Ph.D, outlined the numerous giant strides of the Shared Prosperity Government, their strategies as well as the achievements of the party on ground.

He further stressed the need to focus the campaign on purposeful governance to the people.
