“No electricity, no vote,” South Africans threaten to shun ruling party ANC Residents in Katlehong, a township outside Johannesburg, have resolved to boycott South Africa's upcoming local elections on November 4 due to long-standing failures by authorities to provide basic services like electricity. For over 20 years, around 180 households in the community have relied on illegal electrical connections pulled from neighboring areas to power their homes. Anne Heche, the Emmy-winning actress who starred in films like Six Days, Seven Nights and the Psycho remake, has died at age 53 following injuries she sustained in a car crash few days ago but the plug was pulled today and her organs will he donated.

Very sad. She was a very troubled soul, hard childhood of poverty and sexual abuse. Her father died when she was 13 and shortly after, her older brother died in a car crash.

Just 30 mins before, she had stopped at a wig store in Venice and bought a red wig and the owner took a selfie with her.

Awful for her sons, the youngest is only 13. Thank God the woman and her pets in the house she demolished was unharmed, but lost everything. A Go Fund Me has raised $100,000 to help her recover.
She was Ellen DeGeneres ex partner.
May her soul rest in peace Amen.
