 A priest in Anambra State wedded a couple yesterday, despite disputes with the bride’s father In a video circulating online, the Reverend Father narrated that The father of the bride who is from Nteje had insisted that the wedding should not take place unless his daughter swøre never to associate with his mother whom he has a quarrel with. The conflict arose from past marriage issues between the father and her mother. Before the wedding, the father repeatedly met with the priest, warning that he had already taken the bride's mother to a deity and that the girl must follow him to the shrine to appease that deity before the marriage can go on. For peace to prevail, the priest advised the couple to comply with all the father’s requests so the wedding could proceed, the priest even donated some of the items that the brides father told her to bring to use in appeasing the deity. I Deliberately Wore Sneakers To NBA Conference Funded By APC Govt - Shettima

Vice Presidential candidate of the ruling APC has revealed that he delibrately wore the outfit he wore to throw peo­ple off during the campaign.

The former Borno governor said he had received word that there was gang up against him there and so he threw them off with his outfit

"I was in Lagos for the NBA conference."
"It used to hold at Eko Hotel and was largely funded by the APC government of Lagos state"

He continued;

"Subsequently, they moved it to Eko Atlantic; a product of an idea sanctioned by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu"

"One of the candidates, he funded his agents and they held meetings for 3 consecutive nights to cause mischief"

"When I was told that is was a hostile crowd, I delibrately wore sneakers"

 Tinubu announces arrival of 4 US attack helicopters President Bola Tinubu has stated that four attack helicopters will soon arrive in the country from the United States amid rising insecurity. Speaking at a meeting with a delegation of the Christian Association of Nigeria, led by its President, Archbishop Daniel Okoh, at his Lagos residence, on Friday, Dec. 26, Tinubu revealed that the Federal Government had ordered four attack helicopters from the U.S, adding that they will arrive in the country “soon”. He said: “Our orders for four attack helicopters from the United States of America will take some time to arrive.
