A video showing one Miss Opemiposi Precious BOLAJI, an 18 year old 100L Mass Communication student beating her colleague identified as Miss Gloria AJAYI, a 100L Mass Communication student, in a private hostel outside the University campus has gone viral. In accordance with our institution's policies and extant regulations, the students who were captured in the viral video, appeared  before the Students' Disciplinary Committee at its emergency meeting held on Monday, May 6, 2024 for interrogations and appropriate recommendations, the report of which has been submitted to the University authorities. I Deliberately Wore Sneakers To NBA Conference Funded By APC Govt - Shettima

Vice Presidential candidate of the ruling APC has revealed that he delibrately wore the outfit he wore to throw peo­ple off during the campaign.

The former Borno governor said he had received word that there was gang up against him there and so he threw them off with his outfit

"I was in Lagos for the NBA conference."
"It used to hold at Eko Hotel and was largely funded by the APC government of Lagos state"

He continued;

"Subsequently, they moved it to Eko Atlantic; a product of an idea sanctioned by Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu"

"One of the candidates, he funded his agents and they held meetings for 3 consecutive nights to cause mischief"

"When I was told that is was a hostile crowd, I delibrately wore sneakers"

He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison.  Punish my abusers within 48 hours or face lawsuit - Student bullied by her classmates threaten school authorities The bullied student of British Lead International School, Miss. Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her. Namtira said if the school authorities fail to sanction the student bullies within 48 hours of the receipt of the letter, she would seek immediate and severe legal redress against the school.
