 Nigerian man takes up the challenge to be bur!ed alive for 24hours A Nigerian man who identifies as Young C has embarked on a challenge to be buried alive in a coffin for 24 hours.  He made this known in a series of posts on his Instagram page on Wednesday,  stating that the stunt was genuine and not a hoax.  He announced his intention to broadcast live footage from the coffin at night. Sharing a video on his Instagram account on Wednesday, he said, "I am going to be spending the next 24 hours buried in this casket. Guys, this is real, not fake.  "And the most amazing part is that I am going to go live by night." In a subsequent update, Young C revealed that he had been buried for over 8 hours and was experiencing physical discomfort, including excessive sweating. In an update on Wednesday evening, he said in part, "Guys, I have been buried alive for over 8 hours now. For those of you who saw my first video, I have been down here. Man stabs manager at lottery center over unpaid debt

Officers of Area K, Morogbo of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested one Kamalideen Raji 'm' aged 35 over the alleged murder of one person in the Badagry area of the state. 

The suspect, who was arrested at about 11.30am on Tuesday, August 2, allegedly stabbed his victim, a manager of a lottery center, twice in the neck over a disagreement about unpaid debts. 

The victim was rushed to Badagry General Hospital for medical attention but later gave up the ghost. 
 
Confirming the arrest, the spokesperson of the state police command, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, said the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi, has directed that the case be transferred to the State Criminal Investigations Department, Panti for further investigations and  prosecution.

Namtira Bwala has threatened to file a lawsuit against the school authorities if her abusers are not punished within 48 hours. In a letter drafted by her lawyers, Deji Adeyanju and Co, Namtira asked the school authorities to immediately investigate and pronounce the stiffest punishments in the student’s rule book on Ms.Maryam Hassan, Miss Faliya, and nine other students who bullied her.
