 Ohanaeze Council Condemns EFCC’s Declaration Of Lagos Governor's Ally, Aisha Achimugu Wanted The Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide has criticised the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over what it described as the "unjust persecution" of socialite and businesswoman Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu. The group, in a statement issued on Sunday by its National President, Mazi Okwu Nnabuike, condemned the manner in which the EFCC raided Achimugu’s Abuja residence and declared her wanted, despite her being out of the country at the time. A viral video had earlier surfaced online, purportedly showing EFCC officials at the Achimugu family home, where her 80-year-old mother was allegedly forced to sit on the floor and she was denied water. Autopsy Result Clears Mbazulike Iloka (Mba Mba) of Alleged Wife Murder, As In-Law Withdraws Petition (Copy Attached)

The suspended Transition Committee Chairman of Nnewi North Local Government Area, Mr Mbazulike Iloka also known as Mba Mba, whose wife, Lady Chidiebere, died due to a reported bad fall suspected to have been caused by High blood pressure has been vindicated from any allegation of killing his beloved wife after the autopsy result emerged.

This was revealed by Late Lady Chidiebere’s brother, Mr Uchenna Ezenwoye in a letter addressed to Anambra State Commissioner of Police withdrawing his petition against Mbazulike Iloka for culpablility in the sister’s death.

Recall Anaedoonline.ng had in a publication revealed Mr. Mbazulike Iloka account of how his late wife Lady Chidiebere died.

Mr Uchenna Ezenwoye had written to Anambra Police Commisioner demanding the police to investigate the cause of sisters death which was at the time alleged to be from domestic violence.

But in an affidavit signed by him, Mr Uchenna has withdrawn the petition written to the State Police Commisioner, citing autopsy result conducted on 16/08/2022 by a team of pathologists has revealed the sister was not killed but rather died of bad fall caused by hypertension.

This is coming after it has been reported in different media of the arrest of the now vindicated Mr Mbazulike Iloka.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
