 Barack Obama 'confident' America will have a female president 'sometime soon': 'It’ll become normalized' Barack Obama recently expressed optimism about America’s political future, saying he believes the country will elect a female president “sometime soon.”  In an interview with People, the former president explained that just as his own election in 2008 helped normalize the idea of a Black president, he expects that a woman in the Oval Office will eventually be seen as unremarkable.  He noted that once the milestone is reached, public focus will shift to everyday issues like gas prices and policy outcomes rather than the novelty of gender. Obama’s comments highlight the progress women have made in politics, from governorships to Senate seats, while acknowledging that the presidency remains elusive. FAKE REV. SISTER ARRESTED FOR CHILD TRAFFICKING IN RIVERS STATE,15 CHILDREN RESCUED.(PHOTO).

The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a suspected female child trafficker who claims to be a Rev. Sister at Aluu in Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.

State Commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday disclosed this while briefing journalists in Port Harcourt on Tuesday.

According to him, they searched the woman’s house and rescued fifteen children after receiving credible information on her alleged illegal activities.

He said one of the children revealed that he was kidnapped from Bayelsa state and taken to the woman who kept him with other children for sometime before he was sold to a lady who took him to Lagos. Months later the boy was returned to the buyer for being too sharp.

The CP also said, another child explained that she and her other two siblings were with their mother at Ada-George when they were kidnapped and brought to the Rev. Sis. Two of the children were later sold and their whereabout still unknown.

He stated that another of the rescued kids revealed that she was abducted from Mile 1 and brought to the woman.

The CP noted that the suspect is being economical with the truth despite recovering a lot of fake documents from her.

He assured that the matter will be properly investigated and the suspect charged to court upon conclusion of Investigation.
