 France records first Ebola case in doctor returning from DR Congo France confirmed its first imported Ebola case after a humanitarian doctor returned from a mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Health Ministry said Wednesday, Anadolu Agency reported. The patient, who had returned from an area where the virus is circulating in Congo, was immediately admitted to a specialised healthcare facility and is in stable condition, the ministry said in a statement. “All precautionary measures, including the patient's isolation, were taken upon his arrival in the country,” it added, saying the transfer to hospital was carried out under secure conditions to prevent any risk of contamination. French health authorities said a full epidemiological investigation is underway to identify people who may have been in contact with the patient. My Husband Is A Different Kind Of Leader -Mrs Soludo

Anambra Governor's wife, Mrs Nonye Soludo has said that her husband, Professor Chukwuma Soludo, is a leader who believes in getting the right results without compromising the etiquette of corrective governance.

Mrs Soludo, who was speaking in Awka, noted that her husband's administration operates a different administrative precept, both in articulating policies and implementing them, a trait that has always defined his work ideology.

She stated that from the early days of his political ambition, Professor Soludo had built a streamlined vision of what he wants for the new Anambra State, including an articulated leadership system that disrupts to develop. 

The governor's wife pointed out that having spent close to thirty years with her husband, she was confident in his plans for the State, and his constant search for the right development inputs to better the lots of Anambra State.

Mrs Soludo further stated that the present administration has plans for a dream state, that every resident would look back to and take huge pride in, explaining that the current development pattern spearheaded by her husband would be remembered in history.

She also appealed to ndi Anambra to maintain the existing support wave for the current government in order to help it reach the desired altitude.
