 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. Oniru Collapsed Building... LASEMA in search and rescue operations 

The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency has activated its Emergency Response Plan after having received a distress call of a building that collapsed at Oba Idiwu Oniru Street beside Avi Maria, Victoria Island, today, 4th September, 2022.

Upon arrival at the scene of the incident, an uncompleted 7 storey building undergoing construction was found to have collapsed. Six people were trapped under the rubbles out of which two male adults have been recovered dead. 
The Agency’s Response Team alongside other stakeholders are carrying out search and rescue to rescue the trapped victims from the rubbles.
