 PAY ME MY MONEY, GRAPHIC DESIGNER BLASTS BURUKU REPS ASPIRANT OVER UNSETTLED BILL A graphic designer, Ortyom Gabriel Chigh, has publicly called out Hon. Haakyav Tombu Peter, a House of Representatives aspirant for Buruku Federal Constituency in Benue State, over an unpaid design job. Chigh, who said he met the politician on the streets of Abuja two years ago, explained that he agreed to design campaign posters for him out of goodwill and shared cultural ties. According to him, the posters were delivered promptly and posted online by the politician within minutes. However, the designer claims it took Hon. Peter five hours to even ask for the price, and after sending his account details, he received no payment for more than 24 hours. When he followed up again after being ignored, he said the politician allegedly labelled him “disrespectful” and went as far as blocking him. Roads In Ogbaru, Anambra West, Awka North Worry Me - Governor Soludo Says As He Flags Off Nine Roads In Okpoko 



Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo has flagged-off construction of nine roads in Okpoko, Ogbaru Council Area.

The roads include: Obodoukwu road Obodo-Owerri Road (5.77km) Oguagu- Ik Onuorah-Anumudu-Mgbua- Amazu-Owerri Road (2.97km) Edeh Road-School Road-Awalite - Ojoto-Owerri Road (1.48km) School Road- Umuobom Street-Ojoto Street Junction (0.58km) and Umuobom street-Ojoto Street Junction-Adazi-ani street- Owerri Road- (0.77km). 

Others are Umenweke street (Obodoukwu Junction)-Umeojiakor street ( School Rd Junction)-0.58km, (Ojoto Junction)-Anumudu (Mgbuka Amazu Junction)0.99km, Uzii st- Mission st (Awaited Junction) 0.54km and Anumudu street (ik Onuorah Junction )- Gmi Rd- 0.38km. 

These roads totalling 14.3 kilometers, signals the official flagged-off of road construction across the state.

Performing the function, Governor Soludo noted that during the campaign, images he saw in three local government areas including Ogbaru, Anambra West and Awka North were not appealing, which was why his administration took it upon itself to give life to Okpoko and the entire state.

He assured that the roads embarked upon by his administration will be strong and durable with life span of nothing less than twenty years.

Recall that Governor Soludo assured of building over 220 kilometer roads across the state before the end of this year.
