In a blog post that has now been published by many international media organisations, in an apparent well-coordinated public relations effort, Binance Chief Executive Officer Richard Teng made false allegations of bribery against unidentified Nigerian government officials who he claimed demanded $150m in cryptocurrency payments to resolve the ongoing criminal investigation against the company.  This claim by Binance CEO lacks any iota of substance. It is nothing but a diversionary tactic and an attempted act of blackmail by a company desperate to obfuscate the grievous criminal charges it is facing in Nigeria. The honorable Commissioner for Women and Social Welfare, Hon. Ify. Obinabo has assured of partnership with veteran movie actors on ways to promote women and girls through the movie industry.

This she revealed in her office in Awka during an interface with the movie stars. 

Speaking with Veteran Ngozi Ezeonu and Ebere Okaro-Onyiuke, Hon. Obinabo assured them of her readiness in partnering with the movie industry where plights of women and children would be thoroughly projected thereby sensitizing the world on the rights of women and children.

Earlier, while speaking, the screen goddesses explained that their purpose of visit is to collaborate with the Women and Social Welfare Ministry in enlightening members of the public and the world by extension, laws protecting women through their profession.
