 Russia launches massive drone and missile barrage on Ukraine, killing at least 18 civilians and striking Kyiv and multiple cities  Russia carried out a large-scale overnight assault on Ukraine, launching hundreds of drones and dozens of missiles that killed at least 18 civilians and wounded more than 100 others across multiple cities, officials said Tuesday. The strikes hit Kyiv, Dnipro and other regions, with emergency crews working through destroyed residential buildings where some victims were trapped under rubble. In Dnipro, rescuers recovered the bodies of a 3-year-old child and a mother and her 8-year-old son, while officials reported 12 deaths in the city and six in Kyiv. The bombardment stretched from night into daylight, with explosions reported across wide areas of the country. Linking Tinubu To Lekki Shooting Is Political - MC Oluomo 

The chairman of Lagos State Parks and Garages management committee, Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo, has said that connecting the killing of EndSARS protesters to the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, is faulty, given he’s not capable of giving such orders.

MC Oluomo made this assertion on Sunday during a rally, he organised in Lagos, to show support for Tinubu and Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Tinubu is not the Chief of Army Staff who can order the shooting of EndSARS protesters and he also questioned the whereabouts of the bodies, where they are buried and why the families of the deceased were not coming out to inquire about their relatives.

He said, "Where are the bodies and where are they buried? Do they have relatives in Nigeria? Has Nigeria bribed the mothers of the deceased protesters? Why are their siblings not searching for them, even on social media? Or is Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu a Chief of Army Staff or President who will order the killing of protesters at the (Lekki) Tollgate?"
