MY CONDOLENCES TO SENATOR DAVID MARK ON THE LOSS OF HIS FIRST SON

I was shattered today by the sad news of the untimely passing of my brother, Jonathan Tunde Mark. On behalf of my family, associates and Members of the Onjeh Campaign Organization, I wish to express my profound condolences to the former President of the Senate and Okpokpowulu K’Idoma, His Excellency Sen. David Mark; and his entire family, on the painful demise of Tunde, his first son.

Tunde was snatched away in his prime by cancer, when he still had much more to offer to the world. We will fondly remember him as a level-headed personality, an accomplished businessman and a great inspiration to the teeming young people of Benue South.

While I grieve with the David Mark family and the entire good people of Otukpo over the unfortunate incident, I encourage us all to seek solace in God and to submit totally to His will, for the Book of Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 says: _“To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”_

I earnestly pray that God would grant eternal respite to Tunde’s beautiful soul, and continue to comfort the family, friends and loved ones that he left behind. - Daniel Onjeh.

"I am shocked and saddened by the news of the loss of Tunde Mark, the son of former Senate President, Sen. David Mark. I share in his grief, and because Tunde and I had a special relationship, I took him as a son. It is my prayer that God, who is the decider of all affairs, will heal all hearts that are hurt by this grief and accept the repose of his soul. -Atiku Abubakar '.
