 Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti, OFR, has approved 100 hectares of land within the Abia Airport Project Site for the Nigerian Air Force to build its training base in Abia State. The Nigeria Air Force had requested an expansion of the 50 hectares of land already earmarked for its training base at the Abia Airport Project Site.  Governor Otti gave the approval on Tuesday, March 10th, in his office while receiving a delegation of the Nigeria Air Force (NAF), Ground Training Command led by the Commander, Air Vice Marshal Adebayo Gabriel Kehinde, who called on him. "The partnership is such that Abia State Government is handling the runway, and the Federal Government is handling the Airport Terminal.  "We expect the runway to be ready very soon. TWO MEN ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY DUPING WOMAN THE SUM OF N7.5 MILLION IN IKORODU


The Men of Lagos State Police Command has arrested two men who duped a woman the sum of N7.5million under the disguise of providing spiritual help.

The Lagos State Police Command Spokesman, Sp Benjamin Hundeyin captioned the it as follows: 
"In Ikorodu, these two duped a woman to the tune of N7.5m under the guise of providing ‘spiritual help.’ She realized the fraud and approached the police. They were apprehended when they arranged to get another batch of funds from her. Investigation is ongoing".
