 NASPRI integrates artificial intelligence into strategic communication training In a significant stride toward modernizing military public relations, the Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information (NASPRI) has introduced Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a key component of its Strategic Communication Course. This development was announced by the Acting Commandant of NASPRI, Lieutenant Colonel Adamu Ngulde, during the inauguration ceremony of the Second Quarter 2025 Courses held at the Lt Gen Taoreed Lagbaja Auditorium, Muhammadu Buhari Cantonment, Giri-Abuja. Lt. Col Ngulde revealed that participants will undergo training in AI-driven information management and fact-checking, aligning with the evolving demands of modern communication and warfare. I HAD TO PAY N25,200 - BENUE MAN LAMENTS BITTERLY AFTER GUESTS STOLE CHAIRS HE HIRED FOR HIS MOTHER'S BURIAL



A young Nigerian man, identified as Udam Samuel Aseer, has taken to social media to lament bitterly after some of the chairs he rented for his mother’s burial were stolen by some guests.

The Benue-based man said he had to pay an extra fee of N25,200 after seven of the chairs he rented were stolen at the venue of the event, which was held on Saturday, November 12, 2022.

“You attended My Mum’s burial & stole 7 Chairs I hired, leaving me to pay 25,200 (3,600 each)” he wrote on Monday. I have been in the village since yesterday over this & no solution. I had to pay as one of the terms & conditions given by chairs owners as agreed,” the disgruntled man wrote.

 Actor Baba Ijesha appeals five-year jail sentence for sexual assault Nollywood actor Olanrewaju James, known as Baba Ijesha, has filed an appeal against his conviction for the sexual assault of a minor. He has requested the Court of Appeal, Lagos Division, to overturn the ruling of the Lagos State High Court, which sentenced him to five years in prison. The conviction was handed down by Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo (retd.) of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on July 14, 2022 to Baba Ijesha. Baba Ijesha through his counsel Kayode Olabiran on Tuesday, told the appeal court that his client was set up and that he acted according to a script that he was invited to act on by his colleague. “The Appellant was set up.
