 LASG PRESENTS STAFF OF OFFICE TO NEW ONIȘẸ OF ISE KINGDOM The Lagos State Government has presented the Staff of Office and Instrument of Appointment to Prince Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, as His Royal Majesty, Alaiyeluwa Oba Ibrahim Adebowale Saliu, the Onise of Ise Kingdom in Lekki Local Government Area. The presentation was performed on Friday, August 21, 2026, by the Special Adviser to the Governor on Rural Development, Dr. Nurudeen Yekinni Agbaje, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Local Government, Chieftaincy Affairs and Rural Development, Mrs. Kikelomo Bolarinwa, with the approval of the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and the Lagos State Executive Council, following the demise of the late Oba Ganiu Adebowale Adegbesan, Onise of Ise Kingdom. POLICE ARRESTS ONE FOR ABDUCTION,RESCUE AND REUNITE VICTIMS WITH THEIR FAMILIES. (PHOTO).#PRESS RELEASE.

POLICE ARRESTS ONE FOR ABDUCTION 

 ⁃ Rescue and reunite victims with their families.

Operatives of Surulere Division of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested one Austin Kanu ‘m’ aged 51 for abducting four teenage boys. 

The victims, one Toheeb ‘m’ aged 16, Isaac ‘m’ aged 16, Chukwuma ‘m’ aged 16 and Idowu ‘m’ aged 18 (surnames withheld) were on October 9, 2022 at about 2010hrs discovered in an isolated place within the National Stadium, Surulere by the Chief Security Officer of the stadium who was on routine patrol and then alerted the police. 

Preliminary investigation revealed that the suspect lured the victims from Ogba and Agege to Surulere. 

Their parents when contacted confirmed that the boys had been missing since the early hours of October 29, 2022. 

Suspect will be arraigned at the conclusion of ongoing investigation. 

The Commissioner of Police, CP Abiodun Alabi, fdc enjoins Nigerians to be vigilant and report any suspicious happening to security agencies.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
