  A manhunt is underway for man who shot a Granite City Police Officer multiple times. Officers in Granite City, Illinois, responded to a call regarding a unwanted subject near the 2000 block of Johnson Road at 2:20 p.m. on Friday, December 5th. Upon arrival, officers attempted to make contact with the suspect. The suspect opened fire on officers before fleeing the scene.  Unfortunately, one officer was struck multiple times. The officer was rushed to a St. Louis University Hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.  A massive manhunt is now underway to locate the suspect. Authorities warn the public that the man is considered armed and dangerous. Tinubu 'Sacks' Sen Binani As Campaign Coordinator For Adamawa

The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu has fired its elected presidential council’s campaign coordinator for Adamawa State, Senator Aisha Dahiru, aka Binani.

Binani was relieved of her duty after the executive committee of the APC in the state rejected her as coordinator and member of the Presidential Campaign Council.

Tinubu has hence replaced Binani with a former Adamawa state deputy governor, Martin Babale.

This was in a letter signed by the Plateau State governor who doubles as the Director-General of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council.
