 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. TWO TIMES PHONE THIEF CHARGED AND SENTENCED IN LAGOS. (PHOTOS).#PRESS RELEASE

Busted:


Chinedu Ike, 25, was rescued from jungle justice by RRS Patrol team sometimes in September, 2022 in Iyana Oworo over the theft of a mobile phone. 


He was beaten to a coma by eyewitnesses before he was rushed to the hospital by the team. He was discharged after some days. 


On Monday, adopting his usual style, he sneaked into a parked car to steal the driver’s mobile phone in Iyana Oworo.


He was arrested by RRS officers when those who knew Chinedu hinted the driver to check his phone.


Our officers recovered the driver’s Infinix Note 10 from Chinedu’s bag.


He has been sentenced.
