 NDC STATEMENT ON COURT RULING Our attention has been drawn to a ruling by the Federal High Court sitting in Lokoja this morning, wherein His Lordship, Honourable Justice Isah Dashen, gave a ruling on an application filed by an unregistered association known as Peace Movement Party. The public knows that by December 2025, the Nigeria Democratic Congress  as an association complained of INEC’s refusal to register us as a political party, whereupon we proceeded to the Federal High Court. The Federal High Court upheld our constitutional right to freedom of association under the Constitution and compelled INEC to register us, which INEC did. Since then, we have started political activities, embarked on the registration of members, held congresses from ward to national levels, held conventions, and concluded primaries to all offices following INEC’s timetable. UNIZIK: Prof Ikpeze Emerges Dean, Faculty Of Law

A renowned academia, and scholar in International Law and Jurisprudence, Professor Ogugua Ikpeze Ph.D., FCIARB, FICMC, has been elected as the new Dean, Faculty of Law, Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK).

Prof. Ikpeze who has served under different capacities including being a former Assistant General Secretary of NBA, 2002-2004, Chairperson FIDA, Anambra State Branch, amongst many others, has many contributions in the sphere of International Law and Jurisprudence.

Prof. Ikpeze emerged unopposed as the Dean of the Faculty of Law after the Faculty Board unanimously ratified her nomination as the sole candidate for the election.

Prof Ogugua Ikpeze hails from Ogidi in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra state. She is Married to Prof Okey Ikpeze, a professor of medicine and one time provost of college of medicine Of the same university.

Innoson Gives Out Brand New IVM G5 and Salary For Life To The Man Who Prophesied About His Vehicle Manufacturing In 1979.  Last Saturday, July 22nd the Chairman of Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Company Ltd, Chief Dr Innocent Ifediaso Chukwuma OFR gave out a brand new Innoson IVM G5 to Mr Ikechukwu Osakwe popularly known as Osabros who prophesied to him in 1979 that he would be the first man in Africa to manufacture vehicles and sell to different African countries.  The prophecy was given at the period the then Innocent Chukwuma could not boast of a car, talk less of manufacturing one.
