 PRESIDENT TINUBU CONGRATULATES MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS AMBASSADOR ENIKANOLAIYE ON HIS BIRTHDAY   President Bola Tinubu has congratulated the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Sola Enikanolaiye, on his birthday.    A statement by Bayo Onanuga, Special Adviser to the President, Information and Strategy, indicates that the President describes Ambassador Enikanolaiye as a distinguished diplomat, accomplished administrator and dedicated public servant whose career reflects professionalism, patriotism and a deep commitment to Nigeria.   Ambassador Enikanolaiye served in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from August 1982 to August 2017, rising through the ranks to become Permanent Secretary. PETER OBI & VICTOR UMEH JOIN GOV. UGWUANYI, OBASANJO, PA ADEBANJO IN FELICITATING WITH NNIA NWODO @70TH BIRTHDAY 


The Labour Party Presidential Candidate, Mr. Peter Obi and the Party's Senatorial Candidate for Anambra Central, Senator Victor Umeh have joined friends and well-wishers of the former President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Chief John Nnia Nwodo in felicitating with him on his 70th Birthday Celebration. 

The very colorful Event which started with Thanksgiving Mass at St. Mulumba Catholic Church, New Heaven, Enugu, presided by the Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Callistus Onaga and concelebrated by a team of Bishops and Priests subsequently turned into glintz and glamour, a gathering of the creme de la creme at the Oakland Event Center, Enugu where guests were treated lavishly; dancing and cheering the Celebrant. 

Senator Victor Umeh in a remark congratulated the new septuagenarian, Chief Nnia Nwodo and extolled him for his remarkable impacts in the Leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo and towards achieving a better progressive Igboland. He described Chief Nwodo as a true patriotic Citizen who has contributed immensely in promoting the advocacy for justice, peace and unity in Nigeria. The OBI-dient Senator further prayed for many more happy years and good health of mind and body for the Celebrant. 

Among the notable persons who graced the Event were the Governor of Enugu State, Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi, former President of Nigeria, Olusegun Obasanjo, the Chairman of South East Traditional Rulers Council and Obi of Onitsha, HRM Igwe Nnaemeka Achebe, the Leader of Pan-Yoruba Socio-Cultural Group —Afenifere, Pa Ayo Odebanjo and the Leadership of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide led by the National Vice President, Chief Damian Okeke Ogene among numerous others.
